CAPHC Annual Conference 2005


	Download the registration form here.		CONFERENCE FEE Attendance to the conference for all CAPHC members is $95. Attendance to the conference for non-members is $120. EVENING EVENT (optional) The evening event - the winemaker's dinner at Terroir LaCachette - includes wine tasting to complement the menu. Fees for the dinner are: $75 to include wine tasting $65 to exclude alcoholic beverages. The deadline to register is March 31, 2005. A late registration fee of $20 will be added after March 31.
