  3. 1 page description of heritage projects you have worked on and heritage workshops and conferences you have attended

  4. A non-refundable application fee of $25 payable to CAHP by cheque only - Do not send annual membership cheque until notified of approval.


INTERN APPLICATION PROCEDURES

  1. Consolidate items 1 to 3 into one pdf file and email to admin@cahp-acecp.ca

  2. Mail application cheque to the address below
