APPLICATION CHECKLIST

The following information is necessary to apply for intern membership - please consolidate into one pdf document:

  1. A completed application form

  2. Sponsor letter of Agreement

  3. Curriculum Vitae

  4. A detailed list of heritage projects

  5. Three references (not including sponsor reference)

  6. A non-refundable application fee of $25 payable to CAHP by cheque only

  7. Dated and signed statement of your agreement with the CAHP Code of Ethics

Please note that all membership applications will require sponsorship by a Professional member of CAHP. A Professional member of CAHP may sponsor any application, including that of an employee. Please contact the CAHP office if assistance is required to secure a sponsor.

APPLICATION PROCEDURES

  1. Send all digital documents by email to the attention of Jodi Franklin, admin@caphc.ca

  2. Send your sponsor letter, code of ethics agreement and application cheque by mail to:

Please note once your application has been received and reviewed, you will be contacted by the CAHP Office Administrative Co-ordinator.
